They are exactly what you would expect. Standard size hole weight plates
I want to give these 5 stars as 0.5kg plates are really hard to find and are really useful. I have several bars, barbells, bumbells, ezbars. They are all standard plate size but the holes on these are just a couple mm too small to fit any of them. I don't know if standard bar sizes have changed over the years since I bought mine or if there's a difference between American and Australian standards or what the issue is. They do fit my cable machine though, just, so they are still useful for me. Not sure if the larger size plates have slightly larger holes as other reviewers don't seem to be having the same problem.

Does what it says on the tin. Good weights, fit a standard bar well, although my electronic scales showed two weights as 5.2kg and two as 5.3kg. Not a big problem for me, I can cope with a bit more exercise required.
