1. Where do you ship to?


We’re proudly based in Australia, and we ship both locally and worldwide! Whether you’re down the street or across the globe, we’ll deliver right to your door.

2.How long does shipping take?

Shipping typically takes 7-15 business days, depending on your location. Some items may arrive sooner. 
You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

 

3. How do I track my order

As soon as your order ships, you’ll get a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also track your order on our Track Your Order page.


4. What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

 

No worries—if there’s an issue with your order, just contact us at contact@fitecfit.com within 7 days of receiving it. We’ll sort it out quickly.

5. Do you accept returns or exchanges?


Yes! We offer a 30-day return policy. If you’re not happy with your purchase, contact us and we’ll walk you through the return process.

Items must be unused, in original packaging.

 

6. Can I cancel or change my order?
