Nice grips. Pay attention to the diameter of the barbell or bar you are using these on or need to use these on. Can be a decent sized gap when used on an Olympic bar. Works good on some attachments and barbells and not so good on others. Seems like these are narrow compared to other grips I have and could be an inch wider. See the pictures for gapping issues.

This is a simple producr at a just price, can easily be attached to any machine, dumbbell, barbell and even cable attachments. Keep in mind they will make workouts tougher so I'd suggest trying workouts at a lower weight than usual to give time for your forearms to grown and catch up to the rest of your body. Greatly increased my workouts effectiveness of the, grip is comfortable and has stood the rest of time with no tears.

Great soft, quality silicone barbell grip. Puts more strain on the hands and wrists to help build strength in those areas. Whether it acuually does that will require more time as I have only had these grips for about 2 weeks.
