HIGLY RECOMMENDED!!!

I was skeptical that this would be a good way to target my anterior tibialis! I started with just 10 pounds to see what I thought… by my 10th rep my tibialis anterior was on FIRE! It’s working very well! I highly recommend this product!

More than just a tib bar.

Most people will get this to train the tibialis muscles and it's a great tool for that. But if you do all your training at home this can also be used for other exercises. You can find videos on youtube on how to use it for other exercises. I've been using it for sumo squats and for leg extensions ( by sitting on an angled bench ) and it's been working out pretty great so far. Definitely a great addition to any home gym and well worth the price.

Same as my PT uses

My physical therapist used this with me at therapy and said it would be good to continue with at home. It provides a very surprising workout.

Great, simple, slight dent at end of pole, but not a dealbreaker.

simple, easy build, sturdy. there is a slight dent where i put the end of the rod when i finish me set/ let it stand while i rest, so mine isn't in pristine condition but it does well for the job it was designed for. it holds the weight with the clasp and push thru rod. the building material is included with the bar. i have size 12 mens feet and they fit well in the foothold.

Awkward but good

Works good for quad and front calf area (not the official name :)). A bit awkward to get used to it but works well.
